Research use only.

All compounds sold on mogresearch.com are research chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro and laboratory research. They are NOT sold or intended for:

• Human consumption, ingestion, injection, or any other administration to a person.
• Veterinary or animal use.
• Food, drug, cosmetic, or therapeutic application.
• Diagnostic procedures.
• Re-sale to consumers as a finished product.

By ordering, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher (academic, independent, or commercial) and that all compounds will be used solely for research purposes in a controlled environment.

Age verification.

This site is restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. By entering the site and confirming the age gate, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are at least 21 years old. We may refuse or cancel orders if we have reason to believe the buyer is under 21.

Prohibited uses.

You agree NOT to:

• Use, administer, or supply any MOG Research product to yourself, another person, or any animal.
• Re-sell, re-label, or distribute MOG Research products in any form to end consumers.
• Misrepresent MOG Research products as pharmaceutical-grade, food-grade, cosmetic-grade, or fit for any non-research use.
• Use MOG Research products in violation of any federal, state, or local law.
• Make any therapeutic, medical, or health claim about MOG Research products.

Violation of these terms voids any warranty, releases MOG Research from any liability, and authorizes us to cooperate with law enforcement.

What we are not.

MOG Research is not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility as defined under the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. We do not produce pharmaceutical drug products. We supply research chemicals only. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Orders & payment.

• All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
• We accept major credit cards and select cryptocurrencies. Cards are processed by Stripe; crypto by our gateway provider.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
• Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties.

MOG Research products are sold "as is" for research purposes. We warrant only that compounds meet the purity and identity stated on the accompanying Certificate of Analysis. We make NO warranty — express or implied — that the products are fit for any particular purpose, safe for any non-research application, or free from defects in storage or handling once they leave our facility.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOG Research's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages, or for any harm arising from misuse, including but not limited to human consumption.

You assume all risk associated with the handling, storage, and research use of MOG Research products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOG Research, its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use or misuse of our products.

Intellectual property.

All content on this site — including the "MOG." wordmark, product photography, Certificates of Analysis, and editorial copy — is owned by or licensed to MOG Research. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes.

We may update these terms when our practices, products, or applicable law changes. The "Last reviewed" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
