Who we are.

This privacy policy is published by MOG Research, a US-based supplier of research-grade peptides operating at mogresearch.com. For privacy questions, email office@mogresearch.com.

What we collect.

• Order information — name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number when you place an order.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe (cards) or our crypto processor. We do not store card numbers or wallet keys on our servers.
• Email subscriptions — email address only, collected via the newsletter signup or exit-intent popup.
• Analytics — anonymized page views, referrer, device type, and country via Google Analytics 4. IP addresses are truncated before storage.
• Communications — emails you send us, with full content retained for support history.

How we use it.

• To fulfill and ship your orders.
• To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and Certificates of Analysis.
• To respond to support emails and COA requests.
• To send the post-purchase research email series (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To improve site performance and content based on aggregate analytics.
• To comply with US tax, customs, and recordkeeping requirements.

What we never do.

• We do not sell your data to third parties — full stop.
• We do not share email lists with marketers, data brokers, or other peptide vendors.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or behavioral profilers on this site.
• We do not store payment card numbers.

Who we share with (and why).

• Shipping carriers (USPS) — name + address to deliver your order.
• Payment processors (Stripe, crypto gateway) — order details to charge your card / wallet.
• Email service provider (Go High Level) — email address to send post-purchase research series.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — anonymized page views.
• Legal — if compelled by valid US legal process, we cooperate but always notify the affected user when allowed.

Cookies.

We use a small number of first-party cookies and one analytics cookie:

• mog-age-confirmed — remembers your 21+ confirmation so the gate does not appear on every visit (localStorage, 1 year).
• mog-popup-shown — prevents the email popup from re-appearing in the same session.
• mog-cart — stores cart contents between pages.
• _ga — Google Analytics anonymized session identifier.

You can clear these at any time in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Your rights.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold on you.
• Correct — fix any inaccurate data.
• Delete — request full deletion of your data (we retain order records as required by US tax law for 7 years).
• Opt out — unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email footer.
• Portability — request your data in machine-readable format.

California & EU residents.

California (CCPA / CPRA). California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

EU / UK (GDPR). EU and UK residents have additional rights including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing is order fulfillment (contract) and legitimate interest (analytics + service emails).

Children.

This site is age-gated to 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided data, email us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to this policy.

We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last reviewed" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in the announcement bar for 30 days.
