Yes — every order includes access to an independent third-party Certificate of Analysis. COAs include identity confirmation by HPLC and mass spectrometry, plus endotoxin testing. Email office@mogresearch.com with your order number to request a specific lot.

Every lot is verified at ≥99% purity by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) before it ships. Identity is confirmed independently by mass spectrometry. Endotoxin is tested by LAL assay on every batch. See our Quality Standards page for the full process.

Orders ship same-day for orders placed before 2pm ET. Products ship in lyophilized powder form, vacuum-sealed, in temperature-resistant and discreet packaging via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Typical USPS Priority delivery is 2–4 business days within the continental United States. Express options are available at checkout for orders over $300.

We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only. We do not accept international orders due to customs complexity around research compounds. We re-evaluate this quarterly — subscribe to restock alerts to be notified when international shipping opens.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe) and select cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers.

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol used to reconstitute lyophilized peptides for laboratory use. We stock 10ml USP-grade BAC water vials in our catalog. Most lyophilized peptide research protocols require it.

Store lyophilized vials at -20°C in a dry, dark location. They are stable at room temperature for short periods during transit. After reconstitution, store at 4°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to maintain peptide integrity.

Photograph the package and vial before disposal, then email office@mogresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We replace damaged shipments and QC failures at no charge. Full details on our Returns Policy.
