14-Day Return Policy
MOG Research offers a 14-day return policy on all eligible purchases. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and unused
- Products must be in their original packaging
- You must provide your order number and reason for return
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@aminosearches.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened or used products, products not in original packaging, and items returned after the 14-day window. Bacteriostatic water is non-returnable once shipped due to the nature of the product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@aminosearches.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
